Residents can comment on the Romsey Neighbourhood Plan under the Regulation 14 process from September 4 to October 12, and have their say on the draft proposals. The plan will not decide how many homes are built in Romsey, but it will shape how development is carried out. Extra drop-in sessions will run from September 14 to 18 in Romsey Town Hall’s Paimpol Room, from 9am to 5pm. The full draft plan and questionnaire will be available from September 1 at Romsey Town Hall, open from 9am to 3pm, and in Romsey Library’s consultation documents area. The steering group has spent 15 months developing the Neighbourhood Plan on behalf of Romsey Town Council.
