The organisation received 561 responses to its July 2026 patient experience survey, which gathered views from people using services in Barrow, Carlisle, Kendal, Penrith and Whitehaven.
A total of 97 per cent said they felt involved in their care, with 97 per cent also saying they would recommend the service to friends and family.
Cumbria Health said the results reflected the “care, compassion and professionalism” of teams working across its five out-of-hours locations.
In a statement, the organisation thanked staff for their dedication and the patients who took time to complete the survey.
It said: “Your feedback means so much and helps us understand what we’re doing well while continuing to improve.”
