Aiden Lee, who is also known by the surname Noble, was sentenced at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 6. The 27-year-old, of St Aldates, Oxford, pleaded guilty to four offences committed between October 26 and 29 last year. These were two counts of racially or religiously aggravated harassment, one count of using threatening words or behaviour to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence and one count of aggravated trespass. According to the court record, the trespass took place at the Holiday Inn, in Grenoble Road, which is known for housing asylum seekers. The county council has been granted a new High Court injunction to stop 'unknown people' from placing flags on lampposts.
