Oyebamiji maintained that the immediate past administration led by Oyetola left about N15 billion for the incoming administration, contrary to what he described as misleading claims being circulated by the Adeleke government.
“The resources available to the present administration in Osun have never been available to any governor of this state in this manner.
But when you look around Osun today, there is nothing that commensurates with the level of resources available to the government,” Oyebamiji said.
He noted that the reforms, despite the initial challenges they created, have substantially increased resources available to the three tiers of government, including Osun State.
Oyebamiji said the increased resources should translate into meaningful development, improved infrastructure, better social services and economic opportunities for the people.
