Cotswolds company charged with manslaughter appears in court

Cotswold Rainwater Services, of Northfield Farm Lane, Witney, has been charged with corporate manslaughter and failing to discharge a general health, safety and welfare duty to employees.
Thames Valley Police previously launched a joint investigation with the Health and Safety Executive.
Mr Andrew Claridge was a guttering engineer with a post-mortem examination concluding how he died as a result of electrocution.
"Cotswold Rainwater Services Ltd., of Northfield Farm Lane, Witney, has been charged with corporate manslaughter and failing to discharge a duty under the Health and Safety at Work etc.
