The sod was officially turned today on a $131 million Incident Response Facility in Luddenham.
The facility will be operational at the end of October, in line with the nearby Western Sydney International Airport’s first passenger flights.
The facility will service the M12 Motorway, The Northern Road, Mulgoa Road, Elizabeth Drive, Fifteenth Avenue, Badgerys Creek Road as well as other roads throughout the airport precinct.
“Having incident response crews based here in Luddenham means faster assistance for motorists and a stronger local presence as the airport precinct continues to grow.”
“We welcome investment that will keep motorists safe and traffic moving around Western Sydney Airport as the precinct continues to grow,” said Badgerys Creek MP Tanya Davies.
