The Winchester Arms will host a special evening of music, memories and fundraising in memory of Lauren Jackson. Lauren May Jackson, from Trull, was a Year 13 student at Richard Huish College studying A-levels in Psychology, English Literature and Philosophy. Tributes paid following her death described Lauren as a "beautiful and vibrant" young woman with a love for music, writing and helping others. Alongside her studies, Lauren worked at the Winchester Arms near Taunton, where colleagues and customers remembered her as a valued member of the pub's team. Organisers are hoping for a strong turnout as the community comes together to honour Lauren's memory through an evening of music, reflection and fundraising.
