A MUM and daughter in Coventry have been banned from keeping animals for a decade after neglecting cats who were left with an untreated flea infestation and anaemia which cost some their lives.
Carol Hodkinson, 52, and Sinead Hodkinson, 33, both of Henley Road, pleaded guilty to animal welfare offences following an investigation and prosecution by the RSPCA.
