Danielle Kavanagh joined the Chester Crown Court hearing via a video link, where she was sat in her car. The first incident took place on May 15, 2024, at around 3.20 am when a homeowner on Swinley Forest Drive in Stretton reported that a man had broken into their house. Also on May 15, 2024, at Perranporth Close in Stretton, a homeowner reported that their rear door had been lock-snapped, but nothing had been taken. When the car was searched, the front seat passenger matched the description of the man in the Ring doorbell footage. She stated she had not been to Stretton and when provided with ANPR data said she may have been travelling back from Ireland on May 15, 2024.
