Bengaluru: A security breach at Bengaluru’s Parappana Agrahara Central Prison has come to light after life-term convict and former MP Prajwal Revanna was discovered with an Android mobile phone inside his barrack, prompting an internal inquiry and disciplinary action against jail staff. A Bengaluru special court handed him a life sentence in August 2025, after which he was shifted to Parappana Agrahara prison.
