An appeal against an enforcement order issued by Wiltshire Council in April 2025 will be re-determined at a planning inquiry following an High Court decision.
In November, the Planning Inspectorate upheld the order against Leeroy Johnstone, who had established an illegal site at Clyffe Pypard, near Royal Wootton Bassett.
Mr Johnstone applied for permission for one static caravan and one trailer caravan for three families, all of whom are related.
He then challenged the decision at the High Court, which quashed the Inspector's decision and ordered that the appeal be redetermined.
An appeal hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 22 at Wiltshire Council's offices at Monkton Park, Chippenham.
