Wessex Water unveiled its £35 million expansion of the Saltford Water Recycling Centre last week. Wessex Water has made further improvements in the area, including a £9 million access road and bridge from the A431 to the treatment centre to divert site traffic from Saltford’s narrow lanes. A £1 million storm storage upgrade and a £17 million refurbishment of the Keynsham Water Recycling Centre have also been completed. YTL Construction built all the major structures and pumping station and installed pipework and infrastructure for the water recycling centre expansion – one of their biggest completed projects for Wessex Water. "I was also pleased to hear how well Wessex Water continues to work with local partners and councils."
