The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has received proposals to build a new roadside station at Salgaa along the Rironi-Mau Summit Highway, currently under construction. According to KeNHA, the station is intended to improve the facilities and safety of motorists using the highway. The announcement followed a proposal by the Women in Real Estate (WIRE), who are seeking to explore a collaborative agreement for the establishment of a roadside station in the area. "The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has received a proposal from Women in Real Estate (WIRE) exploring the possibility of a collaborative agreement for the establishment of a Roadside Station at Salgaa," KeNHA stated.
