Summit Medical, based at Bourton Industrial Park in Bourton-on-the-Water for more than 40 years, has sold the freehold of its 27,404 sq ft headquarters to Tetra Real Estate. The deal is designed to release capital to support business growth while ensuring long-term security at its existing location. Summit Medical specialises in the design and manufacture of medical devices for orthopaedic procedures. Tetra Real Estate, part of the Wigley Group, regularly acquires commercial properties through sale and leaseback agreements.
