Pravesh Randev, 58, of Hilton Road in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, was caught by an automatic camera device exceeding a temporary 40mph limit on the M6 at Clifton Bridge. He admitted the offence, which happened on July 20, 2025. Mr Randev appeared at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court on August 6, 2026, where he was fined £165. He was also ordered to pay £250 in prosecution costs and a £66 victim surcharge. Three penalty points were added to his licence.
