“Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic is successfully implementing state programs and infrastructure projects and is actively contributing to strengthening the country’s economic capacity and intellectual potential. As a result of the successful implementation of state programs and infrastructure projects, the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic continues its dynamic development. A monument to prominent architect Ajami Nakhchivani has been erected in Nakhchivan city, while restoration and conservation work is currently underway at the Momine Khatun Mausoleum. These include the completion of the Regional Digital Management and SCADA Center in Nakhchivan city, the 110/35/10 kV Nakhchivan, 154/110/10 kV Babek, 132/110/10 kV Julfa and 110/35/10 kV Cheshmabasar substations. Work is also continuing to expand transport links with the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, including construction on a 7-kilometer section of the 194.2-kilometer single-track Nakhchivan railway line.
