Help local students start the new school year with confidence by donating much-needed school supplies this summer! The Long Island Museum will host a school supply collection for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island in the Visitors Center (see map) from July 30 through August 13 during regular Museum hours. As a thank-you, visitors who donate will receive one (1) free Museum admission per party with their donation. Big Brothers Big Sisters will be at LIM’s free screening of Felicity: An American Girl Adventure on August 13 (see listing below), where donations will also be accepted. Donations must be new and unused.
