Tajikistan and China discussed prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation in the consular sphere during a meeting between senior diplomatic officials, with both sides expressing readiness to maintain constructive dialogue and strengthen cooperation. The sides reviewed the current state of Tajik-Chinese cooperation in consular affairs and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest. "During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in the consular field. as well as issues of mutual interest, expressing readiness to continue constructive dialogue and further strengthen cooperation," the ministry said in the statement. The officials expressed their readiness to maintain a constructive dialogue and continue efforts to deepen cooperation between Tajikistan and China.
