The Dbacks dropped the second game of the series Tuesday night as they scored 2 runs in the first inning, and then were blanked by Sugano and the Rockies bullpen. If you would've asked most Dbacks fans at this point, they would probably be feeling pretty good about the rest of the game considering what this team has done to the Rockies this season. Bratt continued to demonstrate poise and presence beyond his years tonight as he navigated his way through the Rockies lineup while striking out 4 Rockies batters. It seemed like the Dbacks were overly aggressive tonight, especially after the first inning. Fortunately, the Phillies lost so it is now a 3 team tie for the 3 rd wild card spot.
