Tiffany Haddish has avoided jail time after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. While she had been facing time behind bars, Tiffany’s guilty plea for the DUI charge resulted in her receiving 12 months’ probation instead, as well as her driving license in the state of Georgia being suspended. Speaking on the Making Space with Hoda Kotb podcast, she said: "Every time, I try to have fun, no matter what. I blew and it was a .03, and I went home, and then I found out how famous I really am. I was barely drinking as it was before then, because every day I would wake up, my body would hurt after I drink.
