Launch event turns into an after partyThis means Pixel fans should be able to get all the official information about the Pixel 11, Pixel 11 Pro (XL), Pixel 11 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 5, and Pixel Tag as early as 10am ET (7am PT, 3pm BST, 4pm CEST, 10pm CST) today and will likely be able to pre-order them right away. The latter is just our guess for now, based on the fact that Google is touting the start of pre-orders on August 12 right below the countdown. Of course, this raises the question why anyone would still want to watch the official launch event 8 hours later? Given the participation of comedians and celebrities, this is likely to be more of an after-party than a traditional launch event, at which many more details about the new Google hardware will surely be demonstrated.
