Around 40 senior citizens from the “YAŞA” Center of the “Üçüncü Bahar” Public Union took part in the initiative. Participants explored Bir’s digital services, tested various features, and shared their feedback and suggestions. Senior citizens received detailed information about the risks of cyber fraud and the rules for using digital banking services safely. Solutions developed based on these principles enable older people to use digital services with greater confidence and comfort. Since 2017, the Bir ecosystem has supported “YAŞA” Centers by implementing various initiatives aimed at helping senior citizens maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, as well as participate actively in community life.
