But the Scottish Government has not revealed the average monthly percentage for core civil servants since then. In Glasgow’s Atlantic Quay, average monthly attendance for core civil servants in October and January was 34.5% and 32.5% respectively. Civil servants subjected to the hybrid working request described it as “humanely insensitive” in documents obtained by The Herald last year.
