The administrative building of the Nakhchivan Energy and the Regional Digital Management Center has been completed, together with Cheshmabasar, closed-type Nakhchivan and Babek substations. The ASAN Service center and the Nakhchivan Regional DOST Center have been completed, expanding access to modern public and social services. Diplomacy, transport infrastructure, economic projects and regional connectivity are mechanisms through which those realities can be consolidated over the longer term. If TRIPP, the Kars–Iğdır–Nakhchivan railway and associated regional transport projects are implemented as envisaged, Nakhchivan will not merely regain uninterrupted connectivity with mainland Azerbaijan.
