Arthur Foran, who competes for Burnley Bobcats, has enjoyed a string of successes after what the club described as a year of hard work and commitment in training. His performances have seen him break a number of Burnley Bobcats club records, some of which had stood for more than 20 years. The impressive campaign has also earned Arthur a nomination for Athlete of the Year at the Swim England North West Regional Awards, which will be held on October 3. A Burnley Bobcats spokesperson said: "We're delighted for him and it shows what can be achieved with talent, determination and commitment.
