LAHORE – Pakistan’s Test preparations in England have undergone a minor change after the warm-up match against the PCC Select XI was shortened from four days to three. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have agreed to revise the duration of the fixture, which will be played at Beckenham County Ground. According to Kent Cricket, the match will now begin on Thursday, August 13, and conclude on Saturday, August 15. The fixture was originally scheduled to start on Wednesday, August 12, as a four-day Test warm-up. The warm-up game is expected to provide Pakistan with valuable match practice ahead of their three-Test series against England.
