Bhubaneswar: A major fire broke out at a courier service centre located in Jayadev Vihar area of Bhubaneswar in the early hours on Wednesday. According to preliminary information, the fire was noticed by locals in the wee hours. After receiving the information, three fire service teams rushed to the spot to douse the flames. The blaze gutted parcels containing medicines, electronic items, rakhis and other consignments that were meant to be dispatched to various places. Most of the items stored in the courier office were completely reduced to ashes.
