CTM seals five-year Amadeus deal as ASX deadline looms

Travel Weekly
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) has signed a five-year global partnership with travel technology giant Amadeus, naming the company its preferred global distribution system (GDS) provider as the travel management company works to complete a long-running financial reporting process.
The agreement follows a competitive tender and will see Amadeus become CTM’s preferred GDS across its global operations.
Under the partnership, CTM will access Amadeus’ platform connecting travel sellers with more than 400 airlines, around two million hotel properties and more than 25 rail providers.
CTM faces an August 31, 2026 deadline to lodge its outstanding financial reports or risk automatic removal from the ASX.
The Amadeus partnership is expected to be implemented progressively across CTM’s global markets, with the financial benefits also anticipated to build as transaction volumes shift to the Amadeus platform.
