Accused detained under PD ActHyderabad Police detained 29-year-old Sunil Bahadur Aauji alias Sunil Pariyar on Tuesday under Section 3(2) of the Telangana Prevention of Dangerous Activities Act, 1986. A car driver and resident of Navi Mumbai, Sunil Bahadur is a native of Timilsain village in Nepal’s Achham district. According to police, Sunil Bahadur and his associates allegedly hatched a conspiracy to commit a murder-for-gain offence. A case was registered at Jubilee Hills Police Station under Sections 103(1), 309(2) and 317(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Arrested in MayPolice arrested Sunil Bahadur on May 22, and he was subsequently remanded in judicial custody.
