They were practicing the last steps to their performance on the final day of Musical Theatre Camp before doors opened to growing number of family and friends entering the Clarkston Community Education Center, July 23. Campers, entering grades third through eighth, spent three hours for four days, learning voice and movement, played theatre games and learned choreography from instructor Amy Seaman and students from the Clarkston High School Drama Club. Seaman and the drama club students shared tips along the way. “Make sure you are on,” Seaman said, during the early hours of last day of camp and rehearsal. The drama club also led kids in Acting Camp Part 1 for grades 3-7, July 27-30; and Acting Camp Part 2 for grades 4-8, Aug. 3-6.
