Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been ordered to serve a 45-day jail sentence for a conviction connected to allegations that he shot a girl in the face with a BB gun. A misdemeanor assault charge and a gross misdemeanor count of carrying a BB gun in public were dismissed through the plea deal. It was alleged that he counted down from five and shot the girl in the face multiple times with a BB gun while she was about five feet away.
