WARREN -- The Trumbull County Board of Elections certified all issues and liquor options, except one, to the Nov. 3 ballot. The board met Tuesday to approve all of the issues and all but one liquor option. The board ruled that an option for the Sunday on-premise sale of wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor for Loom Lodge 0186 Trumbull in Warren Precinct 4F did not have enough valid signatures. A Monday-Saturday liquor option for the on-premise sale of beer, wine, mixed beverages and spirituous liquor by Eastside Girl in Niles Precinct 3C nearly didn't make the ballot. The affidavits were enough to convince the board of elections to certify the liquor option to the Nov. 3 ballot.
