In the middle of their series against the Red Sox, the Toronto Blue Jays announced a couple of minor transactions deep in their farm system. According to the MiLB transactions log, DSL Blue Jays Blue activated right-hander Angel Ynfante from the 60-day injured list. At the same time, right-hander Tomoya Kinjo was assigned to DSL Blue Jays Red from DSL Blue Jays Blue. Does a lateral move like this actually help a pitcher working through significant control issues, or does he simply need more repetitions regardless of which DSL roster he's on?
