Call for Entries: APRA Professional Development Awards 2027$10,000 development funds will go to 13 songwriters and composers each, including in Screen Composition. APRA AMCOS have opened applications for the 2027 APRA Professional Development Awards which offer $10,000 to 13 songwriters and composers, including in Screen Composition. The funds can be divested via attending workshops, music education courses, composer seminars, co-writing sessions and other relevant activities, either locally or internationally. Karen Don, Head of Membership at APRA AMCOS, said: “The Professional Development Awards provide songwriters and composers with a meaningful opportunity to develop their skills, broaden their experience and take their careers to the next level. Recipients will be announced on Thursday 11 February 2027.
