Bishop of the United Methodist Church of Nigeria (UMCN), Rev. Emmanuel Ande, has distributed 45 motorcycles to district superintendents to improve evangelism and pastoral outreach in rural and hard-to-reach communities across the country. The motorcycles were presented on Monday during a ceremony held at the Blue Nile Hotel in Jalingo, the Taraba State capital. He expressed optimism that the motorcycles would improve the church’s evangelism efforts and strengthen its presence in rural communities where access has often been difficult. They assured that the motorcycles would enhance their missionary work, facilitate regular pastoral visits, and boost evangelism within their respective jurisdictions.
