Jennifer Bailey, the longtime head of Apple Pay and Wallet, will retire in October after more than 25 years at the company.
“Under Jennifer’s leadership, Apple Pay has changed the way hundreds of millions of our users pay,” Cue said in the memo.
Before taking charge of Apple Pay, she served as vice president of the company’s online store.
She also led the development of Apple Wallet and oversaw the launch of Apple Card.
Services chief Eddy Cue, retail head Deirdre O’Brien and marketing chief Greg Joswiak have each spent roughly four decades at Apple.
