SPARTANBURG, S.C. — The Spartanburgers and Drive opened up a six-game series at Fifth Third Park on Tuesday night. Before Hub City could swing the sticks in the bottom of the third, the tarp was unfurled. Hub City and Greenville will finish Tuesday's game, beginning in the bottom of the third, at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. Wednesday's scheduled game will follow 30-40 minutes after the conclusion of game one and will span seven innings. Hub City will play game two as the Spartanburg Pastimes; the scheduled American Legion World Series Cap giveaway will begin when gates open at 5:00 p.m.
