Shaun Knight, of Wayside Crescent, pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud by false representation from August 21 and September 9 last year. In November last year, the complainant was made aware that Knight, 26, had secured bank and credit cards in her name. The court heard Knight opened and accrued debt with a Frazer Group account and maxed out a Capital One credit card in her name, reaching a combined debt of £1,831. He gave no comment in interview but pleaded guilty at the first opportunity in court. Knight was fined £120 and must pay a £48 victim surcharge and court costs of £85.
