FDA Recall Update: July

The US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) recalled 13 food & beverage products and expanded 2 recalls during the month of July.
The two expanded recalls were related to undeclared allergens: one in a shortbread product and the other in a yam product.
A total of 11 recalls were issued because of potential allergens: egg, milk, peanuts, sesame, and soy.
