The HilyMax reagent does not interrupt intracellular signalling pathways when it is introduced into cells. Replacement of the medium during transfection is not required since serum in the growth medium does not interfere with the transfection using HilyMax. HilyMax does not contain biological components that might interfere with the transfection.
