Instead, it focused on Tabung Haji’s role, history, management and operations, including the functions and facilities it has provided since its establishment in 1963. But its main conclusion was clear: there are weaknesses in how Tabung Haji is run that need fixing. It also suggests that Tabung Haji did not maintain sufficient reserves and financial strength to protect its future.
