Bluebells Deli Kitchen & Cakerie, on Upper Green Lane, Hove Edge, in Brighouse, welcomed customers back a week ago after undergoing a transformation that owners say took far longer than expected. Ms Shaw said customers regularly queued at the café and the family felt it was time to make use of land beside the building to create a larger premises. Ms Shaw added: "I couldn't believe how many people came in on the Friday we opened, and then the Saturday was absolutely wild.” According to Ms Shaw, several regulars walked into the refurbished café and immediately returned to their favourite seats from before the closure. Brighouse's Bluebells Deli Kitchen & Cakerie is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
