The affiliated companies include 777 Asset Management LLC and 777 Partners LLC, which had backed now-defunct Australian start-up Bonza and existing Canadian low-cost carrier Flair Airlines. The bankruptcy court designated the proceedings as complex Chapter 11 cases and scheduled initial omnibus hearings for 8 September and 13 October 2026. 777 Partners had been placed under a limited receivership on 18 August 2025. Prosecutors allege Wander and others misrepresented 777 Partners’ financial condition and collateral from 2021 to 2024. 777 Partners has an arrangement with AIP Capital, a global aviation asset management firm which operates a key international office in Dublin.
