This year’s overall theme, “Sheltered in God’s Love,” celebrates the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Knock Basilica. A Traditional Candlelight Procession through the Knock Shrine grounds follows the 8:00 PM Mass, weather permitting. The Basilica opening anniversary provides a focal point for the nine-day devotional programme. Knock Shrine shared “The National Novena to Our Lady of Knock begins on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
