Ahead of the official commencement of campaigns, presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Obi and his running mate, Rabi’u Kwankwaso, Monday night, held a high-level strategic meeting with key party stakeholders in Abuja. Our correspondent learnt that the closed-door session, aimed at consolidating the party’s electoral machinery, sought to harmonize campaign efforts across state and federal levels to ensure a unified path to victory for the party in 2027. Our correspondent listed those at the meeting to include Buba Galadima, a chieftain of the party, NDC State Chairmen of Kebbi and Sokoto, Alhaji Mustapha Umar and Alhaji Bello Sani Yabo respectively, among other leaders.
