With the Twins set to play in the Field of Dreams game in Dyersville, Iowa on Thursday of this week, the St. Paul Saints got the chance to play in a minor league game at the ballpark constructed near the site where the movie of the same name was filmed. As part of a weeklong road series against the Iowa Cubs — with just the single game being played Tuesday at the Field of Dreams site — St. Paul lost 6-3. The Twins will face the Philadelphia Phillies in the major league game on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. CDT in a game that will be televised on Netflix. An error in the fifth allowed another St. Paul run to score, giving the Saints a 2-1 lead before Iowa countered for five runs in the bottom of the inning. Kendry Rojas started on the mound for St. Paul, allowing one run in four innings.
