New Orleans-based Americana, Folk and indie artist Chloé Marie will release her new single, “An Honest Woman,” on August 28. “An Honest Woman” was recorded to tape in an unassuming New Orleans studio with just Marie, another musician and two guitars. That desire is captured in the song’s central question: “Do you see an honest woman inside me?” “An Honest Woman” continues to develop the sound she has cultivated as an Americana, Folk and Indie artist while bringing a distinctly Southern sensibility to its smooth melodies and intimate storytelling. “An Honest Woman” will be released Aug. 28, 2026.
