Westrich Pacific is poised to take over a downtown Edmonton shopping mall from a company that struggled for years to attract customers and retain store tenants. Westrich Pacific plans to overhaul the Edmonton City Centre with a mixed-use redevelopment, including residential, retail, entertainment and wellness.
