Happy Tails Animal Shelter is offering free adoptions. This Saturday and Sunday, people can adopt all eligible animals for free at the shelter on County Road 48 in Canandaigua. There will be an additional free adoption weekend Saturday, Sept. 19 and Sunday, Sept. 20. Rochester Animal Services free adoptionsOn select dates through October, Rochester Animal Services will be offering free adoptions. The shelter will be offering free adoptions this Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the CountryMax on West Ridge Road in Spencerport.
