Hyderabad: The Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) on Tuesday released the provisional merit lists for civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts in 10 more departments taking forward the recruitment process for specialist doctors in government hospitals under the Directorate of Secondary Healthcare (Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad). The lists have been released for ophthalmology, ENT, pathology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine, forensic medicine, hospital administration, biochemistry and microbiology. The government had issued a notification for the recruitment of 1,616 civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts. Based on the latest provisional merit lists, candidates have been shortlisted for certificate verification in a 1:2 ratio against the notified vacancies. Certificate verification will be conducted on August 13 and 14 at the Indian Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Vengal Raonagar.
